Our F1B Goldendoodle puppies are 25% Golden Retriever and 75% Mini Poodle. Our puppies typically have that teddy bear gold hue or cream colouring. They are bright-eyed and alert with a confident stance, usually weighing around 40 lbs and standing 18" tall. They are considered a medium sized dog. 

For owners with allergies that want a dog, an F1B Goldendoodle is the dog for you. These hypoallergenic dogs have minimum to no shedding, as they inherit the curlier poodle coat from their parents. However, that does not mean they are low maintenance. They do require daily brushing to avoid painful matting and will need a haircut every few months.

Goldendoodles get their gentle nature from their Golden Retriever side, making them a wonderful option for families with young children. As extremely affectionate dogs, they love socializing and interaction with other people and dogs.

Goldendoodles require at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day, as they are a moderately active dog. A fenced backyard makes exercise easy, but a brisk walk around the neighbourhood will also do. They love water and are a fabulous hiking companion.

This crossbreed has a general lifespan of 10-15 years.

Thanks to the big brains they inherit from both parents, Goldendoodles are incredibly easy to train and can be extremely obedient. They are eager to please which makes them excellent for novice owners. A happy Goldendoodle is one that loves and is loved in return.
